Return Policy

Sometimes things just don't work out. Though we hope you'll love everything you purchase, we're here for you if you wanna send something back.

Here are a few things to keep in mind: 

  • Items should be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging with all parts and accessories.
  • Items should be returned in "Good" condition; Clean, functional, and free of dent's chips, gremlins, smells, stains, defects, etc. Treat 'em well.
  • The item’s original packaging is not marked or used as the outer layer of packaging for transport. Please ensure you do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging.
  • Consumables (Filters, Cleaners, etc.) should be unopened.
  • Felicita is not responsible for any freight charges on returned items unless the item(s) being returned have arrived damaged or faulty in which case we will send a pre-paid return label to send the item back.
  • All items should be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items returned with a value >$200 will be eligible for a store credit or exchange only.

Damage on Arrival

Please note that where products are faulty or damaged upon delivery, photographic evidence of the damage or fault must be submitted to Felicita Support via Email hello@felicita-coffee.com.au within 3 days of receipt of the product. Failure to do so may result in your claim being denied.

How does the refund work?

Items returned under our policy will be refunded the original purchase price of the item(s). Any shipping costs you paid will not be refunded. Items that require cleaning, new packaging, parts, or do not meet the requirements of the policy, may carry a restocking fee of up to 50%. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt.

Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Feel free to choose the shipping-carrier that’s most convenient for you. Please note: we recommend insuring your shipment to protect against loss or damage as we can't issue refunds for items that are damaged in transit.
